These terms govern your use of getpressd.ca (the "Site") and any services provided by Pressd Print Co. ("Pressd," "we," "our," or "us"). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
About this site
The Site is currently a pre-launch landing page for Pressd Print Co. We offer printing services including apparel, merchandise, business cards, and stationery. Full product offerings and ordering will be available at a later date.
Use of the site
You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws.
- Attempt to access non-public areas of the Site or its systems.
- Use automated tools (scrapers, bots, crawlers) to collect content from the Site, except for legitimate indexing by search engines.
- Reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any Site content without our written permission.
Intellectual property
All content on this Site — including the "Pressd" name, logos, text, designs, graphics, and code — is owned by Pressd Print Co. or used with permission, and is protected by Canadian and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not use any of it without our prior written consent.
Quote requests
Quote requests submitted by email or through the Site are not binding contracts. Pricing, availability, and turnaround times are subject to change and will be confirmed in a written quote we provide back to you. A project is only confirmed once both parties have agreed in writing to specific terms.
Email communications
By submitting your email through our waitlist or contact channels, you consent to receive occasional communications from us about Pressd's launch and services. You may unsubscribe at any time by replying to any email or contacting hello@getpressd.ca.
Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." We do our best to keep it accurate and current, but we make no warranties — express or implied — about its accuracy, completeness, reliability, or fitness for any particular purpose.
We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pressd Print Co. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site or these terms will not exceed CAD $100.
